Eilidh Grant – Vocals
Eilidh Grant is celebrated for her rich, emotive voice and her ability to breathe life into both traditional ballads and modern compositions. With a love for both traditional and contemporary folk music alike, underpinned by a passion for the works of Robert Burns, her performances are authentic and passionate, earning her widespread acclaim and a devoted following.
Her vocal style won her the Danny Kyle award at the 2004 Celtic Connections festival and since then she has gone on to perform at some of the best venues in the country, sharing the stage with some of the most well-known musicians of today.
Eilidh has released 2 albums; her 2011 debut “Masks and Smiles” which won best Traditional/Folk recording at the Scottish New Music Awards and “Charms of Nature” in 2018 which featured Fiona and Stevie on many of the tracks.
Fiona Cuthill – Fiddle
Fiona Cuthill brings energy and precision to every performance. Her extensive experience in both traditional and contemporary settings allows her to weave intricate melodies and provide sensitive and expressive accompaniment.
Fiona has been a member of several traditional/folk bands in her career so far, including Rallion, Canterach, and Real Time as well as featuring in the prog rock performances of Abel Ganz and alongside Wet Wet Wet bassist Graeme Clark and The Silencers front-man JJ Gilmour. She is currently performing with new country band Raintown and The Wendy Weatherby Band.
Also in demand as a session musician and arranger, Fiona has appeared on many recordings throughout her musical career. She is also a prolific composer and her album recorded with Stevie Lawrence is a wonderful showcase for her compositions.
Stevie Lawrence – Guitar & Bouzouki
Stevie Lawrence provides the trio with a solid yet adventurous foundation, blending intricate rhythms and delicate textures on guitar and bouzouki. A multi-instrumentalist with a rich musical background, Stevie’s innovative approach adds depth and dimension to the group’s sound, showcasing his versatility and creativity.
Steve began his folk music career with Cruachan, playing festivals and folk clubs all over Scotland before joining the ranks of The Iron Horse, recording 3 albums and touring worldwide. After leaving Iron Horse, he carved a career as a session musician, arranger and producer and has worked with a diverse range of artists. He was also a member of “The Red Hot Chilli Pipers” from 2007 – 2014, again touring worldwide. Stevie currently performs with The Wendy Weatherby Band, Raintown and singer/songwriter Jack Law.

Having just released a live EP, “Short But Sweet….Live!” The Trio plan to release a full album in 2026.
