Burns' Night
22 January 2026
Tickets Available
We have our customary Burns Night event. As we are a folk music club we do not have all the pagentry but we do have lots of singing and recitations primarily of Burns material. Included in the ticket price we have haggis neeps and tatties (please let us know before the event if you are vegetarian. There will be an address to the haggis from Ronald Sandford. Our usual piper, George Turnbull, cannot be with us but we have an excellent substitute in Lily Munro. Read more about Lily by pressing "More".
This is always a fun night so not to be missed. Please use the side entrance to the Community Hall.

Singers' Night
26 February 2026
Not Bookable in Advance
These Singers' Nights are funny old things. They are unpredictable as we don't know who, or how many, will come along and play, or just listen for that matter. We are seldom disappointed by the high quality of the performers, number and variety. Sometimes we can be a bit short on listeners - odd 'cos what's not to like for £2 (to cover the hall cost). If you don't like a performer then another one will be along in ten minutes!! Surely nobody has a better plan for 26th February so why not come along. We use the small hall at the Community Hall (obviously it should be Halls). The entrance is at the side. BYOB Disabled access. Good fun
